Since 2012 we have introduced an in house training programme where all front of house staff are trained to our high standards. We are very proud of our staff, who become a part of our extended family sharing our company values and beliefs.
All staff are trained to be able to carry out a variety of roles and duties at events building their knowledge and skills for the hospitality industry and able to deliver a high quality and professional service to our clients. Our staff also understand the requirements and expectations of our clients when staying in luxury properties throughout the world.
Since 2014 our staff have served over 100,000 guests and worked across 3 continents including yachts, ski chalets, stately homes and royal banquets. Our ongoing passion for delivering a personalised and professional service helps drive our business forward winning new contracts but more importantly building friendships and business relationships with clients.
